But in the new factory, things are progressing more than anyone could have imagined.
Even as recently as a few years ago, Bugatti technicians would use clay models to tinker and tweak vehicles. Each line was a painstaking detail before it became a labor of love to craft out of metal before hitting the road. Today, a new set of tools is being used to create the Bugatti Chiron successor, and it’s a medium we’ve all become accustomed to.
Virtual reality, and VR headsets, are the way of the future inside the Berlin Bugatti design lab. What may look like an open design studio to a passerby, engineers see an entirely different world.
